Saw a photo on Pinterest of a wolf and a face. Inspired to paint this. Was an interesting exercise.

So true. Happy with how this piece turned out. Just wanted to play. Decided to spray some dylusions ink which I have neglected for a while. Then sprinkled with water and amused myself with the ink blotches created when ink meets water. Added some modeling paste with a stencil and can’t resist adding a face. Viola. Glad i did not overwork this. This is good. Stop.🤣
FYI. This was how it started. I debated if I should stop here or keep going. Glad I kept going. But now it’s time to stop.
A simple mixed media birthday card for my little boy who, in a blink of an eye, became a strapping young man. I am so proud of him and will miss him so much when he goes off to college later this year.. trying not to think of it or I will start crying. Happy birthday my son.

I have recently experimented with alcohol ink and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Can’t seem to get enough of it. I love the fluid and unpredictable nature of the interaction between alcohol ink and rubbing alcohol. Decided to tape a process video of how I played with alcohol ink on tile. Hope you enjoy it! (P.S. man, it takes a lot to make a video! I am so thankful for all the Youtube artists out there)
