When I was in San Francisco a few months ago, I encountered the rainiest day ever. It rained ALL DAY. While I was trying to duck under my jacket, and under buildings to get away from the rain, I noticed that the locals were going about like it was a glorious day! Some were jogging, others just strolling along. When I chatted with a few, they were so happy there was rain to help with the drought. It hit me that rain IS a good thing. Why am I avoiding it? Embrace it! Smile.. That’s what I will do in the future… Smile when it rains…
